The Modern Render Look Made Easy
A rendered exterior finish can add a touch of class to any project designed with a modern mixed materials look in mind. But getting the render component right is expensive and time consuming. That is, until now. EasyTex™ is a new way to achieve a consistent, fine-textured finish, without the complications of high cost, aesthetic variability and wet trades. Made from James Hardie’s durable fibre cement, EasyTex™ delivers a modern-render look with all the benefits of James Hardie’s external cladding range. With a simple V-groove joint design, EasyTex™ panels are easy to install, resistant to cracking and lime staining, and come ready to paint.

Manufactured using James Hardie’s premium fibre cement, <a href=“https://www.exotec.com.au/” targt ="_blank">ExoTec Vero is a product that is built to last. Factory-sealed on all six sides with James Hardie’s superior CoreShield™ Sealer Technology, ensuring unsurpassed durability and water resistance, ExoTec Vero maintains its highly-appealing concrete look over time without yellowing, warping or degradation.
Each lightweight panel has a fine sanded texture and a through-colour finish in warm grey, with slight variations in shade, tone and pattern. The addition of crisp square edges, expressed joints and exposed fixings creates a truly exceptional building product.
Because ExoTec Vero seamlessly integrates with James Hardie’s ExoTec™ Façade System, ease of compliance is a guarantee. Fully non-combustible, ExoTec Vero panels also have the benefit of being conveniently easy to install.

Build to Battle The Elements
Introducing RAB™ sheathing board, the next generation weather defence air barrier by James Hardie. With superior fire resistance, water-tightness and breathability, RAB Board sheathing helps you build to battle the elements.
RAB Board is an all in one airtight fibre cement rigid sheathing with an integrated water and air barrier. The inherent strength of RAB Board makes it an ideal product for use in shear wall design in residential or commercial specific design projects. RAB Board is a non-combustible material unlike traditional flexible and timber wall underlays. The unique green panel is sealed with James Hardie’s innovative CoreShield™ Technology to keep water and wind out, while still allowing the moisture vapour to pass through allowing framing cavity to dry.

•Improved weatherproofing for the life of the building: RAB™ Board provides a continuous weatherproof seal across the building. The durable CoreShield™ Penetrating Sealer Technology stops moisture getting in, while the board’s breathability allows vapour to get out, resulting in a dry frame
